Upon completing your payment to Etiqa General Takaful Berhad via this online facility, and once Etiqa General Takaful Berhad has received the contribution for your takaful certificate, you are considered to have successfully enrolled in the takaful certificate.

Your signature is not required for its validity, and the absence of a signature does not affect its legitimacy.

Upon approval from the issuing and merchant banks, the contribution amount for your takaful certificate will be directly debited from your credit card account. 2. Upon successful payment, your takaful certificate will be sent to your registered email address.

Subject to receipt of the contribution by Etiqa General Takaful Berhad, the certificate coverage shall commence on the date stated in the certificate.

You must fully and faithfully disclose all relevant facts in your proposal. Failure to do so may result in the invalidation of the issued certificate. The acceptance of your proposal by Etiqa General Takaful Berhad is based on full and truthful disclosure, forming the foundation of the contract between you and Etiqa General Takaful Berhad.

These Terms and Conditions, as well as the proposal, do not constitute solicitation by Etiqa General Takaful Berhad or its employees for you to sign up for the takaful certificate.

Any interactions that you may have with Etiqa General Takaful Berhad via this online facility, email, telephone, or in person shall not be considered as establishing an agency relationship with its employees.

You are solely responsible for the proposal and the accuracy of all details entered through this online facility.

Etiqa General Takaful Berhad reserves the right to rely on the information entered in the proposal and deem that the individual submitting the details is the proposer, without further verification.
