The Continuing Professional Development (CPD) Program is a mandatory requirement applies to all the practitioners in Insurance & Takaful agency force.

The CPD will serve as a guide as to what training program the agency force should pursue in order to stay updated and continuously upgraded, keeping the agency force abreast of the latest development and demands of the financial services industry.
