1. Breakdown
If the vehicle, registered with Etiqa Auto Assist (EAA), experiences breakdown, members are entitled for the following services. a) 24 Hours Roadside Repairs - EAA technicians will liaise with the member to determine whether his vehicle can be repaired on the roadside.
- Roadside repairs will be provided up to a maximum of two (2) hours of labour.
- EAA shall not be responsible for any costs incurred for any spare parts required during the repairs. (subject to availability)
b) 24 Hours Towing Service - If the member's vehicle cannot be repaired on the roadside, EAA will provide free unlimited towing services to the nearest workshop chosen by EAA.
- If theh member chooses another workshop and the distance between the breakdown location and the chosen workshop is more that 50 km, he/she shall bear additional distance charges at the rate of RM 3.00 per km.
2. Onward Beneftis (Limited to three times a year)
If the vehicle, registered with EAA, experiences a breakdown and it cannot be repaired on the roadside, members are entitled for the following services:
a) Taxi
- EAA will assist the member in organizing Taxi transportation for him to continue journey.
- Members are entitled for reimbursement of Taxi costs up to RM60*
The member will entitle for the following services only if his stranded vehicle is 100 km away from his place of residence and repairs to the vhicle will take more than 48 hours (subject to availability)
b) Car Rental - EAA will assist the member in organizing Car Rental for him to continue his journey.
- Members are entitled for reimbursement of Car Rental costs up to RM400*
c) Hotel Accomodation
- EAA will assist the member in organizing Hotel Accomodation when he is in distress.
- Members are entitled for reimburement of Hotel Accomodation costs up to RM400*
3. Accident
If the vehicle, registered with EAA, experiences an accident, EAA will organize the towing of the member's vehicle to the nearest workshop chosen by EAA. 4. Emergency Medical Assistance
If a medical emergency arises following a breakdown or an accidents, EAA will organize an ambulance or other means of transportation to send the member to the nearest medical centre or hospital. EAA shall not be responsible for any transportation cost. 5. Singapore and Thailand Assistance
If the vehicle, registered with EAA, experiences a breakdown or an accident while in Singapore or Thailand, members are entitled for the following services: a) 24 Hours Towing Service - EAA will provide free towing services to the nearest workshop chosen by EAA within Singapore or Thailand
b) Vehicle Repatriation to Malaysia - EAA could assist the member in organizing the repatriation of his vehicle to Malaysia.
- EAA shall not be responsible for any repatriation costs.

6. Friends and Family Assistance
If any member of EAA happens to be with his friends or family when they are experiencing a vehicle breakdown, his friends and family are entitled to the following services:
a) 24 Hours Roadside Repairs - EAA will organize to send a technician on the roadside to attempt to repair the stranded vehicle.
- EAA shall not be responsible for any labour or spare parts costs incurred during the repair. (Subject to Availability)
b) 24 Hours Towing Service - If the vehicle cannot be repaired on the roadside, EAA will organize the towing of the vehicle to the nearest workshop chosen by EAA.
- All cost incurred during the assistance shall be borne by the member and/or his friends and family
*Original Receipts must be kept. Reimbursement procedure will be given to the Member after the Assistance.
